The third quarter of 2022 saw significant activity in the iOS business app category across Europe. Here's how the top five business apps performed during this period, based on data from Sensor Tower.
LinkedIn: Network & Job Finder experienced robust weekly revenue, starting at around $1.3M at the end of June and showing a slight dip mid-quarter before peaking again at $1.26M by the end of September. Weekly downloads fluctuated, beginning at around 143K and reaching a peak of approximately 156K in mid-September. Active users remained relatively stable, starting at about 3.98M and ending the quarter at 4.06M.
Adobe Acrobat Reader: Edit PDF maintained steady weekly revenue, starting at $192K and ending at $190K. Downloads showed a slight increase, beginning at 114K and peaking at 124K in late August. Active users saw a gradual rise from 4.62M in late June to nearly 4.80M by the end of September.
iScanner: PDF & OCR Scanner had a more variable performance. Weekly revenue started at $145K, dipped to $111K in mid-September, and climbed back to $128K by the end of the quarter. Downloads saw a significant drop from 47K at the end of June to around 24K in early September, before rebounding to 36K by the end of the quarter. Invoice2go: Easy Invoice Maker showed consistent weekly revenue, starting at $65K and ending at $60K. Downloads were relatively stable, beginning at around 2.18K and ending the quarter at 1.69K. Active users fluctuated slightly, starting at 2.39K and ending at 2.01K.
Invoice Simple: Receipt Maker exhibited steady weekly revenue, starting at $61K and ending at $62K. Downloads remained consistent, averaging around 2K throughout the quarter. Active users showed minor fluctuations, beginning at 6.17K and ending at 5.74K.
